Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Analyze raw materials and production processes to optimize cost (HPP) and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production workflows.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in production engineering.
- Generate reports on production metrics, inefficiencies, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, material analysis, and cost optimization (HPP).
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for process improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
