Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized medication counseling to patients, ensuring they understand dosage, side effects, and proper usage.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring medication supplies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations and hospital policies.
- Conduct medication reviews to prevent drug interactions and ensure patient safety.
- Assist in clinical pharmacy services, such as therapeutic drug monitoring and patient education programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and pharmacy documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital or retail setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses of medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on pharmaceutical advancements.
