Responsibility
- Assist in O&G and IVF consultations, ensuring patients receive comprehensive and empathetic care.
- Perform clinical procedures such as blood draws, injections, and vital sign monitoring with precision and care.
- Provide patient counseling and education on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and examination rooms to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures and recovery monitoring under the supervision of physicians.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients undergoing fertility treatments, fostering a compassionate and trusting atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in O&G, fertility, or women's health.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer applications.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
