Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control policies.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior nursing staff (for Senior Staff Nurse role).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (5+ years for Senior Staff Nurse).
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
