Responsibility
- Assist surgeons during operations by providing instruments and supplies.
- Maintain a sterile field in the operating theatre.
- Prepare and organize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assist with anesthesia as needed.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth procedures.
- Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately.
- Provide post-operative care and support to patients.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid SNB registration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse or in an operating theatre.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
