Responsibility
- Assess, implement, and evaluate dialysis treatment plans to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Monitor patients during dialysis sessions, responding promptly to any complications or changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on renal health, dialysis procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with doctors, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure the dialysis equipment is properly maintained and sterilized for safe use.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on best practices in renal care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in renal dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
