Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in mobile healthcare settings, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct health screenings, diagnostic tests, and health education sessions for individuals and groups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and communities on preventive healthcare, disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean, and organized mobile clinic environment.
- Participate in outreach programs and community health initiatives to expand access to medical services.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing board (Indonesian or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in community health, mobile clinics, or outpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
