Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU and multidisciplinary wards, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations, providing life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to stay updated with the latest medical practices and technologies.
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
