Responsibility
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU, including continuous monitoring of vital signs, administration of medications, and management of life-support equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (doctors, specialists, therapists) to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Assess, document, and report patient conditions accurately, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations, including cardiac arrests, respiratory failures, and other life-threatening conditions, with precision and calm.
- Operate and maintain ICU equipment such as ventilators, defibrillators, IV pumps, and monitoring systems.
- Educate patients and families on critical care procedures, recovery processes, and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to infection control and hygiene protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections in high-risk environments.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with the latest ICU nursing practices and technologies.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (e.g., SNB registration or equivalent) with specialization or experience in Intensive Care or Critical Care Nursing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse in an ICU/CCU setting.
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments with excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, emergency procedures, and advanced life support (ACLS/BLS certification preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and ICU-specific software.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and continuous learning in critical care.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates).
