Responsibility
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Assist physicians in procedures such as IVF, IUI, and other reproductive health interventions.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on fertility processes, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and ensure a safe, hygienic clinical environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients navigating fertility challenges.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in obstetrics, gynecology, or fertility nursing.
- Strong knowledge of fertility treatments, reproductive health, and patient care best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical equipment.
