Responsibility
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in residential care settings, clinics, and community outreach programs, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
- Assess patient health conditions, document medical histories, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care to promote long-term well-being.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in community health initiatives, health screenings, and outreach programs to promote public health awareness.
- Assist in emergency response and crisis management, providing critical care when needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant healthcare authority (e.g., Indonesian Nursing Council or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in community health, residential care, or primary healthcare settings.
- Strong clinical skills, including wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or local dialects is a plus.
