Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities like ultrasound or electrotherapy.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, chiropractors, and fitness professionals, to provide holistic care.
- Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques, research, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Promote a positive and healing environment by fostering trust and rapport with patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or neurological physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse patients.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in English; additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
