Responsibility

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
  • Administer medications, injections, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Assist in diagnostic procedures, wound care, and minor surgical interventions under the supervision of senior medical staff.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards in all nursing practices.
  • Participate in continuous professional development, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant healthcare authority (e.g., Indonesian Nursing Council).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) is an advantage.
  • Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency response.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering patient-centered care.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
