Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis, and simulations to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs to meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and manuals, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues during the development and production phases, ensuring timely project completion.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance engineering processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and delivery within deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
