In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor, offering specialized support for product applications, conducting trial runs, and resolving complex technical challenges. Based in the vibrant hub of Denpasar, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, troubleshoot system integrations, and provide on-site/remote technical service. Responsibility
- Provide expert technical advice on HVAC and air filtration product applications to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct product trial runs, performance testing, and system validations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to air filtration systems, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical training for customers, distributors, and sales teams on product features and best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to refine product designs based on field feedback and market needs.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, including root cause analyses and recommendations for system improvements.
- Support pre-sales activities by assessing client requirements and proposing customized air filtration solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in HVAC and air quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, engineering, or product development for HVAC/air filtration systems.
- Strong knowledge of air handling units, HEPA filters, and industrial ventilation systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regionally (20-30%) for on-site support and client meetings.
- Certifications in HVAC systems, air quality management, or related fields are highly desirable.
