Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Facility Management (FM) team, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Support the Senior Manager in managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving escalations, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Lead and coordinate data center projects, including mechanical system installations, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical mechanical systems.
- Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to enhance cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and proactively mitigate operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and security, to align facility operations with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present performance reports, KPIs, and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFM, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing mechanical systems in data centers or similar environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety, and building automation.
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, BMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia (preferred).
