Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and checklists to maintain consistency and quality across all properties.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to brand standards, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and public areas as needed.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest needs efficiently.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
- Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.
