Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in alignment with Tim Ho Wan’s brand reputation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to optimize revenue and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus, introduce seasonal specials, and maintain consistency across all dishes.
- Represent the restaurant at industry events, community engagements, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining establishment.
- Proven track record of driving sales, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
