Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience in restaurants, cafes, or hotels.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and recipes.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, including dress code, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required for entry-level roles; training will be provided.
- Basic English communication skills; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or Japanese) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service roles is a bonus but not mandatory.
