Responsibility
- Deliver personalized guest service with a focus on anticipating needs and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
- Oversee food and beverage operations, including order taking, table management, and service coordination in high-volume settings.
- Collaborate with culinary and sommelier teams to curate menus, pairings, and special requests tailored to guest preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B outlets, adhering to international luxury hospitality protocols.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain service excellence and uphold brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Assist in event planning and execution, including private dining, banquets, and VIP experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, wine knowledge, and culinary innovations to enhance guest engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, resorts, or fine-dining establishments.
- Proven track record in guest relations, upselling, and service recovery.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of POS systems, reservation software, and inventory management.
- Certification in food safety (HACCP) or wine education (WSET) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
