Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with precision and flair.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring beverage levels.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations during busy night shifts.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service.
- Engage with guests to promote specials, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar, lounge, or nightlife setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
