Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on engineering systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute engineering projects, upgrades, and installations.
- Monitor and document system performance, maintaining accurate logs and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company standards in all technical operations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and other departments as needed.
- Source, evaluate, and recommend engineering tools, materials, and vendors to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in engineering technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technician or engineering role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering systems, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements in engineering environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different sites within Bali as required.
