Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Optimize AI algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model versioning.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure AI solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the AI engineering team.
- Document technical processes, architectures, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deploying models in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, including MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies is a plus.
