Responsibility
- Managing and performing daily data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Processing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital company documentation.
- Preparing periodic reports regarding operational activities for management review.
- Handling internal and external office correspondence via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Assisting in the coordination of office supplies and inventory management.
- Supporting department heads with administrative scheduling and meeting preparations.
- Ensuring all administrative procedures comply with company internal standards and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and capability to handle confidential information.
- Fast learner, adaptable to new digital tools and office software.
