As a Sales Order Planner, you will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of information across multiple departments. You will collaborate closely with Material Management, Order Management, and Production Construction teams to synchronize schedules and manage resources effectively. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess and exceptional communication skills to navigate the complexities of manufacturing timelines and inventory constraints.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with Material Management to ensure raw material availability aligns with sales order requirements.
- Analyze and process incoming sales orders to determine realistic and accurate delivery dates.
- Liaise with the Production Construction team to monitor manufacturing progress and identify potential delays.
- Maintain and update the Order Management System (OMS) with real-time data regarding order status.
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, lead times, and order fulfillment rates.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize the dispatching schedule.
- Identify bottlenecks in the order-to-delivery process and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
- Manage communication with sales representatives regarding order changes or supply constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in Sales Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Coordination.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
- Residency in or willingness to be based in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and production scheduling principles.
