Responsibility
- Process and manage daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data collection.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office supply management.
- Support budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights for cost optimization.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and financial institutions as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial and administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
