Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Utilize Accurate Accounting System to manage financial data, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to relevant authorities.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and collaborating with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain efficient bookkeeping processes to streamline financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
- Maximum age of 27 years (early-career professionals preferred).
- Proficiency in Accurate Accounting System or similar accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
