Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and inspections.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain financial software and systems to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in the manufacturing or rubber industry is an advantage.
