Responsibility
- Lead and manage transfer pricing projects, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation in alignment with global standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and tax teams, to ensure cohesive execution of transfer pricing initiatives.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including master files and local files, for submission to tax authorities.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members on transfer pricing principles and best practices.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and optimization of transfer pricing strategies.
- Represent the company in discussions and negotiations with tax authorities and external advisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, international taxation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and BEPS actions.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation and reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
