Responsibility
- Manage and control cash and bank transactions for all company expenditures.
- Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure proper documentation.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
