Are you a seasoned network professional ready to take ownership of enterprise-grade infrastructure? Integreon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to join our Makati-based IT team. In this onsite role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring our global network remains secure, resilient, and high-performing.
You will play a critical role in diagnosing complex performance issues, including latency, throughput, and availability, while architecting solutions that scale with our business growth. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical puzzles that directly impact organizational productivity.
Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable network architectures to support global business operations.
- Proactively monitor network performance, conducting deep-dive analysis on availability, utilization, and latency to optimize throughput.
- Manage core infrastructure hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Troubleshoot advanced connectivity issues and provide Level 3 technical support for network-related incidents.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including VPN, IDS/IPS, and access control lists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and expand network capacity.
- Document network topologies, configurations, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure 100% compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in network administration within an enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Hands-on experience with major enterprise networking vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or Palo Alto).
- Certification such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong background in network security and firewalls management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a professional corporate setting.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati City.
