Responsibility
- Drive the acquisition and adoption of mobile deposit services among existing and prospective retail banking customers.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on digital financial tools and mobile banking security protocols.
- Monitor and analyze daily transaction activities to ensure compliance with AML/KYC policies.
- Collaborate with branch management to achieve sales targets and growth KPIs for personal financial services.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding mobile deposit limits, processing times, and technical interface issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and performance metrics.
- Participate in community outreach and digital financial literacy programs to promote Hong Leong Bank's digital offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in retail banking, personal financial services, or digital banking sales.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales or operational KPIs.
- Strong understanding of mobile banking trends, digital wallets, and electronic payment systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal bank management systems.
