Responsibility
- Drive the sales of mortgage products to meet and exceed assigned branch targets.
- Provide professional financial advice and mortgage solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Proactively prospect and network within the local Perak market to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including property developers, real estate agents, and solicitors, to facilitate seamless loan processing.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure full compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines and internal credit policies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and market intelligence feedback for branch management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mortgage sales, banking, or the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending procedures, credit assessment, and financial regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and banking software systems.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Perak region as required.
