Responsibility
- Maintain and update SQE documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate and track safety, quality, and environmental audits, including scheduling, follow-ups, and corrective action plans to address findings.
- Support the implementation of SQE management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) by monitoring performance metrics and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and delivery of SQE training programs for employees, ensuring awareness and adherence to best practices.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather data, resolve compliance issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to government agencies, clients, and certification bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and analyze SQE performance trends, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
- Ensure all SQE-related activities align with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in SQE administration, compliance, or a similar role, preferably in a remote or outsourcing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSHA, EPA, or local Indonesian regulations).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems or compliance software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft reports, policies, and training materials.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with remote teams across different time zones.
