Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ musculoskeletal conditions, pain levels, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized sports rehabilitation and TCM treatment plans, including acupuncture, cupping, tuina massage, and therapeutic exercises.
- Provide hands-on therapies to relieve pain, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery for athletes and post-injury patients.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-care techniques to support long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, tracking progress and adjusting treatments as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in sports medicine, TCM, and rehabilitation therapies to enhance service quality.
- Promote a positive and healing environment, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Physiotherapy, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Valid certification or license to practice as a Rehabilitation Therapist or TCM Practitioner (preferably with international recognition).
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in sports rehabilitation, musculoskeletal therapy, or TCM treatments.
- Proven expertise in techniques such as acupuncture, cupping, tuina, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercises.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury recovery protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
