Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of therapy programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist (e.g., AHPC registration).
- Proven experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of various speech therapy techniques and tools.
