Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and challenges.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve speech, language, motor skills, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and effective care.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies and techniques to support ongoing development at home.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech therapy and occupational therapy.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist, Speech Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist in Indonesia or internationally recognized qualifications.
- Proven experience working with children or adults with speech, language, or developmental disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for clients.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
