Responsibility
- Provide specialized medical care and treatment to patients in accordance with your area of expertise, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing, to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Perform medical procedures, surgeries, or interventions as required by your specialty, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up care plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with specialization in a recognized medical field (e.g., Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, etc.).
- Valid medical license and board certification in your specialty, recognized by the Indonesian Medical Council (Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-specialization clinical experience in a hospital or private practice setting.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills for patient consultations and team collaboration.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to evidence-based medical practice.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and modern healthcare technologies.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
