Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive dermatological consultations, including skin assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment planning.
- Administer advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers), chemical peels, and other non-surgical interventions.
- Provide clinical dermatology services, including the treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other skin conditions.
- Ensure patient safety and satisfaction by adhering to strict medical protocols, ethical standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (nurses, aestheticians, and support staff) to deliver seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and research in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to ensure long-term results.
Qualifications
- Board-certified Dermatologist (Sp.DVE) with a valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical and aesthetic dermatology, preferably in a high-volume clinic or hospital setting.
- Proven expertise in aesthetic procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables, PRP, microneedling) and clinical dermatology.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-first approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with diverse patients.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus for international patients).
- Commitment to continuous learning and participation in professional development activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining precision and professionalism.
