Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end KYC/AML due diligence process for new and existing institutional clients.
- Review and validate complex entity documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and escalate high-risk cases to the relevant compliance departments.
- Provide proactive client outreach to resolve documentation gaps and accelerate the onboarding lifecycle.
- Deliver onsite and remote client support, providing guidance on submission standards and compliance workflows.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready records within our internal KYC reference data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Risk, to address evolving regulatory updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AML/KYC or financial compliance within a global financial institution.
- In-depth knowledge of MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulatory requirements and international AML standards.
- Proven ability to analyze complex corporate structures and identify ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical requirements to diverse client stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software platforms and CRM tools for data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
