Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing schedules, correspondence, and meetings.
- Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for executive review.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Assist in strategic planning and project management for the Automotive Division.
- Oversee confidential documents and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the Executive Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or corporate sector.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and executive-level presentation tools.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
