Are you a high-velocity operator with a passion for driving cross-functional excellence? Dreame Technology is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Special Assistant to the COO to join our team in Western Bicutan, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to our Chief Operating Officer, serving as an operational driver across our core business units, Anymall and SHD.

Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between the COO and various department heads to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional operational projects across Anymall and SHD, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and briefing documents for senior management meetings.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the planning and execution of strategic meetings, including agenda setting and follow-up on action items.
- Manage confidential projects and provide administrative support with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Facilitate smooth communication flow across the organization to prevent operational silos.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4+ years) in executive assistance, project management, or operational support roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; experience in a multi-cultural business environment is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- High level of adaptability and composure under pressure in a fast-growth tech environment.
