Responsibility
- Interpret and verify technical specifications and part numbers for spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the parts database regularly.
- Assist customers and internal teams in identifying the correct spare parts for their needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality spare parts efficiently.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients regarding part compatibility and usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in parts management.
- Generate reports on parts usage, inventory levels, and procurement needs.
- Continuously update knowledge on new parts, technologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in spare parts interpretation, inventory management, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
