Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electromechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in machinery and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement improvements and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend preventive measures to avoid breakdowns.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electromechanical systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electromechanical Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electromechanical Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and automation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
