Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair faults in home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and air conditioners.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are functioning optimally.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues and solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, preferably in home appliance repair.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in home appliances.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
