Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and understand customer requirements for structured cabling and network infrastructure solutions.
- Design and propose tailored technical solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support, including technical consultations, site surveys, and solution design.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, responses to RFPs, and other sales collateral.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role, with a focus on structured cabling and network infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge of network cabling standards, data center infrastructure, and telecommunications systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with sales processes, including RFP responses, proposal development, and customer negotiations.
- Familiarity with industry certifications (e.g., BICSI, Cisco, RCDD) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
