Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and present scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of features, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Develop proofs of concept, demos, and technical documentation to showcase solution viability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on best practices and product capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product roadmaps and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role.
- Strong proficiency in software development, system architecture, or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and integration frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing customer-facing projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development tools (Jira, Git).
- Passion for problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
