Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions to address complex business problems.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI-driven features into existing systems.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Develop and maintain AI pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and inference.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, fairness, and explainability.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, iterating on improvements based on real-world feedback.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML development, with a focus on LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment is a plus.
