Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of automation systems and IT solutions for clients.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of automation equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized automation solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical training and support to clients, ensuring they are proficient in operating and maintaining their systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing system efficiency.
- Document all service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and client feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during all field operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in field service, automation engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting automation systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across Bali and occasionally other regions.
- Certification in automation or related fields (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) is a plus.
