Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and propose customized industrial solutions, including software, hardware, and process optimizations.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Develop proof-of-concept models and presentations to demonstrate solution viability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during implementation and adoption phases.
- Monitor solution performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and results-driven consulting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in solution consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing industrial solutions (e.g., ERP, IoT, automation, or digital transformation projects).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in solution modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
